Xolve Digital is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team for a US-based outbound calling campaign. This role focuses on lead qualification and call transfers — no hard selling involved.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US customers using provided scripts
Identify and qualify potential leads
Transfer qualified calls to the US head office sales team
Follow call flow and basic compliance guidelines
Maintain professionalism and clear communication on every call
