Factor is hiring an experienced Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations in Calgary, Alberta. This role offers a consistent schedule while maintaining high food quality.

In this fully on-site role, you will manage the kitchen staff and ensure that all meals prepared meet the highest standards of quality. With at least two years’ experience in a commissary kitchen, you will be responsible for training, performance management, and maintaining safety compliance.
