• You will analyze and check incoming price requests.
• You prepare cost price calculations in collaboration with the team.
• If necessary, you provide site visits and viewings.
• You analyze and review contract documents including requirements and conditions.
• You establish contacts with partners and request offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
• You provide a risk analysis of the project.
• You accurately follow up the calculation file.
• You support the customer's negotiations at the negotiating table.
• You provide a good handover to the implementation team.
