Job Description

The Cafe Manager is responsible for administrative tasks, including interaction with clients, suppliers, and other external parties.

Supports the control and analysis of outlet performance in areas such as:

  • Product and service quality
  • Guest satisfaction
  • Operational costs
  • Sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards

Assists in preparing for and conducting bi‑monthly staff meetings, focusing on operational results, procedural updates, and improvement areas as directed by the Head of Operations.

Maintains up-to-date operational files (e.g., standard recipes, sales history, par stocks) under the Head of Operations guidance.

Helps implement and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure quality and efficiency.

Staff scheduling to control labor costs and in the onboarding/training of new team members.
