The role: 
  • Establish and help develop and grow the CA/Estimating department 
  • Prepare tenders and manage all contracts and compliance and negotiations 
  • Assisting with project management 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders 
  • Working closely with sales team on new projects
  • Working on schools, childcare centres and luxury hospitality modular projects
