Ensuring numerical simulation of injection moulding processes according to customer specifications highlighting potential issues related to injection process, material, gating, part design. Ensuring optimization of process parameters to reach the most robust solution and the best finished part quality. Supporting customer on definition of injection type, number of drops, selection of machine, process improvement and part modification.

  • Designation: CAE Engineer
  • Education: BE / B.TECH/ ME/M.TECH (Mechanical / Plastic/ Polymer Engineering)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Moldflow analysis
