Position: CAE Engineer – Occupant Safety
Experience: 10–15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days
Location: Pune
Qualification: BE / ME / MS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Design, CAD/CAM or related engineering domain
Interview Rounds: 2–3 (including HR)

Job Responsibilities
Perform detailed crash and occupant safety analysis for high-speed impact conditions across different project stages while meeting timeline and quality requirements.
Utilize CAE tools such as ANSA, HyperMesh, Animator, PAM-Crash / LS-Dyna for occupant safety simulations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards including EuroNCAP, AIS, and FMVSS.
Provide effective countermeasures for issues identified during simulations and physical tests.
