**Responsibilities**
- CAE/FEA simulations development to validate and optimize molds used to produce plastic parts
- Design and modification of simulations with Autodesk Moldflow
- Mold designs optimization
- Quality improvement and cycle times reduction
- To validate designs comply with guidelines and rules defined by the client
- Design and release of workproducts into PLM system
- Suppliers management for product/process qualification (PPAP agreement)
- To advice design changes for manufacturability
