Join CAE as a Business Process Specialist and enhance TCO operations with a focus on Quality and Safety. This hybrid position allows you to implement and oversee essential business processes.
In this role, you report to the Regional Leader, Training Centre Operations East, and will help standardize vital QA, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management processes. Collaborating with Site Managers and maintaining documentation compliance will be crucial. Engage actively in the continuous improvement of operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and update QA, EH&S, and BCM documentation
• Coordinate QA and BCM activities with stakeholders
• Track and measure performance objectives
• Attend Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
• Analyze data for risk assessment processes
