CAE Analyst Chassis system simulation

Responsibilities:

• Prepare finite element models of vehicle chassis (brake, suspension, steering) components and subsystems
• Apply basic loading and boundary conditions for structural, thermal, and modal analysis of chassis parts, especially brakes
• Carry out CAE analysis and establish correlation of results with actual tests
• Result interpretation and detailed analysis report preparation
• Efficient execution of CAE activities for model development, value enhancement, and quality resolution projects at different product development stages
• Participate in problem troubleshooting and after-analysis, propose countermeasures, and support in implementation
• Support design team to generate and evaluate weight and cost reduction proposals
• Support the team in improvement and generation of CAE methodology
