Cadet Engineer

Job Summary:

The Cadet Engineer will undergo structured training in plant operations, production processes, quality assurance, and maintenance. This role is designed to develop future leaders in engineering and manufacturing by providing hands-on exposure to food production systems, equipment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering production, maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering functions within the plant.
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and safety practices.
