Cable Puller

Position Summary The Cable Puller supports data center construction by installing, routing, and securing electrical and fiber‑optic cabling.

This role works closely with electricians, low-voltage technicians, and construction teams to ensure all cabling is installed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities Pull, route, and organize electrical and fiber-optic cables through trays, conduits, racks, raised floors, and overhead pathways Assist in staging, labeling, and preparing cable before installation Support installation of cable trays, J-hooks, raceways, and other pathway infrastructure Maintain proper bend radius, pulling tension, and cable protection standards (especially for fiber) Follow drawings, installation specifications, and work instructions accurately Secure and dress cables neatly using Velcro, ties, and appropriate fastening hardware Assist in terminating copper or fiber connect...
