**Job Title: Cable Assembler**
**Job Description**
The Cable Assembler builds and prepares electronic cables and assemblies by cutting, stripping, and soldering wires, applying EMI shields and overmolding, and performing compliance testing throughout the production process. This role works with both manual and automated tools and requires strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and consistent adherence to documented procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Cut, strip, and prepare wires using both manual methods and automatic equipment and tools.
+ Perform precise soldering of small wires and components, including work under a microscope when required.
+ Apply overmolding by using epoxy and operating molding machines according to process documentation.
+ Install EMI shields on cables and assemblies to meet product specifications.
