We are a U.S.-based custom cabinetry and residential construction company seeking a Construction Operations Coordinator to support project administration, change order management, and billing.

This role ensures all work stays within scope and that all completed tasks are properly documented, invoiced, and collected. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable enforcing processes in a structured construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative operations for cabinetry and residential construction projects
  • Maintain organized project files, documents, and digital records
  • Prepare bids, estimates, and proposals from provided scopes of work
  • Create, track, and manage all project change orders
  • Ensure no work proceeds without written and approved change orders
  • Create and send invoices using QuickBooks Online
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
