Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members on board.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent in-flight service, including food and beverage distribution.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including young children and elderly individuals.
  • Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the airline's brand image.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.
