Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members on board.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.
- Provide excellent in-flight service, including food and beverage distribution.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including young children and elderly individuals.
- Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the airline's brand image.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and friendly attitude.
