Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Cabin Crew Trainer. The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to aspiring and current cabin crew members, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations. The Trainer will work closely with trainees to enhance their skills in communication, customer service, and in-flight operations. The role also involves supervising practical drills, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to improve performance.
