The role involves managing core accounting, taxation, and financial reporting activities while supporting business decision-making through accurate MIS and compliance-driven financial processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, good communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Strategic Responsibilities
Maintain and review books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards
Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports for management review
Handle Direct Tax compliances including Income Tax and TDS
Manage Indirect Tax compliances such as GST filings and reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial controls
