We are seeking an Article Assistant with a CA Inter qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in a range of financial responsibilities, including statutory, internal, and tax audits, as well as financial modeling and tax compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit.
• Perform restatement of financial statements.
• Develop and work on financial modeling.
• Prepare Balance Sheets and handle ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns.
• Deal with Income Tax, GST, and other Tax Authorities.
