Profile: CA-Ecommerce-Surat-9 LPA
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance
- Experience in Startup, SaaS, Technology, E-commerce, or Digital Business preferred
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence processes
- Experience handling finance independently and working directly with founders/promoters
Salary Range: 6 to 9 LPA
Roles:
Taxation & Compliance
• Complete knowledge of income tax and GST filing.
• Handle CA documentation and all related compliance.
• Knowledge of CS duties, labour law, and related responsibilities.
• Statutory compliance — TDS, ROC / MCA filings, and annual compliance.
Finance, Documentation & Reporting
• Manage finance and documentation end to end, with proper SOPs set up.
