Summary

This job is a first-level supervisor at a large site ( employees) supervising ~25 - 50 ees or a non-supervisory team lead of a support function and typically reports into a second-level manager. Provides direct supervision to semi-skilled employees within a single function or work group. This includes establishing annual plans/objectives and interpretation of policies related to the functional area. Contributes to policy development.
