Collaborate with design teams to develop new product lines and styles, staying up-to-date on current fashion trends.
Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings without compromising quality.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and shipping logistics.
Job Requirements :
4-15 years of experience as an Assistant Buyer or Senior Buyer in the textile & apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of category buying principles and practices in women's western wear.
Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with suppliers.
Ability to analyze market data to inform purchasing decisions.
