Buyer

Overview

As a Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted production by sourcing and purchasing electronic components, fabricated materials, and indirect supplies. This role is critical to balancing cost, quality, and delivery while partnering closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams in Customer Service, Engineering, Production, and Quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure electronic components, fabricated parts, and indirect materials in line with specifications and demand.
• Create, release, and manage purchase orders using ERP/MRP systems.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships; monitor supplier performance on cost, delivery, and quality metrics.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms to achieve cost savings and secure supply.
