Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing plans to source appropriate products in required quantities and quality.
• Analyze sales, customer preferences and market data trends and supplier offerings to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with sales objectives.
• Maintain and update product and inventory data.
• Communicate with internal and external parties, including suppliers and manufacturers, and build strong relationships.
• Assess current stock and forecast future requirements to optimize inventory levels and improve overall profitability.
• Monitor, organize, and manage the distribution of goods to maintain adequate stock.
• Prepare and present routine procurement and inventory reports to management for planning and decision‑making purposes.
