Job Description
Responsible for material planning, purchasing, supplier management, and ensuring timely delivery of components to support production.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage material planning and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of components and supplies.
-Ensure availability of subcontracted parts and local supplies to prevent production delays.
-Implement MRP and purchasing processes efficiently.
-Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings, better payment terms, and additional privileges.
-Monitor supplier performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Follow up with suppliers on delivery confirmations and address any delays or supply issues.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of material availability with production schedules.
-Maintain ISO documentation and compliance with company policies.
