Proof Of Concept (POC) Purchasing Clerk provides direct support to our Procurement Strategy and executes many functions of the POC purchasing process. Operating in the early stages of product development, the POC Sourcing Coordinator operates in a highly dynamic environment which requires top communication skills and ability to effectively interact with a wide range of staff.

The Lisle DSS POC Lab provides a wide range of Proof of Concept and Prototype Parts to Engineering and Marketing with a very short lead-time.

What You Will Do

  • Based on POC BOM and Print availability, send RFQ to various vendors as directed.
  • Place Purchase Req in Coupa and SAP. Monitor PO conversion.
  • Maintain communication with vendors’ progress and firming up dates.
  • Tracking of Shipments and Addressing Custom Clearance concerns.
