Buyer I

The Buyer’s primary responsibility will be order procurement and brand purchasing management in accordance with optimum business and vendor management metrics, including working capital parameters and company inventory goals.

Responsibilities

• Purchase order management within the NetSuite Cloud ERP system, including direct and stock orders
• Manage inventory levels and re-order points
• Negotiate best cost, payment term and delivery efficiencies with vendor partners
• Manage direct vendor price lists and maintain system part costs in conjunction with Database Coordination team
• Support & outline vendor Deal Registration with Sales and Product teams
• Maintain and update vendor ERP profile
• Perform efficient communication with vendors and internal departments to establish beneficial business relationships
• Manage shared email mailbox with assigned vendors as well as personal mailbox
