**Job Summary**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Procure all job specific materials as requisitioned by project team.
+ Negotiate pricing to best market levels.
+ Expedite all deliveries to jobsite.
+ Communicate accurate delivery dates to project team.
+ Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies in the field involving product procurement.
+ Enter purchase orders into software systems (Viewpoint & Material Management).
+ Reconcile all invoicing problems from distributors for payment processing.
