This Dublin based contractor are known for their strong European presence on commercial and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Procure construction materials in accordance with project programmes and delivery schedules Manage local plant hire requirements, ensuring accurate tracking and minimising over-hire costs Monitor project buying patterns against budget forecasts and highlight any variances or risks Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking supplier lead times to maintain programme alignment Work closely with site teams to ensure materials are delivered in line with programme and specification requirements Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and key vendors Track market pricing, availability and wider supp...
