Role Summary
- Responsible for execution of procurement and expediting activities for marine vessel operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Acts as the primary interface between suppliers, logistics providers, and vessel technical teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance with marine standards.
- Ensures adherence to procurement procedures, documentation requirements, and delivery schedules in a high-cost offshore environment.
- Execute procurement of marine spares, consumables, equipment, and services.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Issue Purchase Orders in compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor supplier progress and ensure timely delivery of materials.
