Position Overview

The Sunshine Coast Regional District invites applications for a temporary Buyer and Risk Analyst. The role facilitates the purchase of goods and services and provides advice to staff on procurement activities. It also supports the division by coordinating risk‑management activities.

Compensation and Advantages

Hourly wage:$43.06, 35hours per week. Temporary full‑time; upon return from temporary period, will move to casual with a prospect to join the General Casual List. 6% vacation pay, cash‑in‑lieu of advantages. After 30days, wage includes an additional 5% in lieu of statutory holiday pay. After 90days, casual employees are eligible for up to five paid sick days for previously scheduled work.
