Overview
Restaurant Group central kitchen is looking for a Butchery / Meat Processing Manager to join the team. We require candidates with 5+ years’ experience in butchery / meat production management, preferably in a wholesale / retail FMCG environment. General butchery and meat management skills are required. The role includes meat preparation and cutting, knowledge of meat aging techniques, and strong quality and quantity control skills. The successful candidate will have knowledge of food safety and health & safety, and experience in staff management and training. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. Strong stock management skills are essential. Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential. Salary: R 24 - 28K CTC. Quote Reference RA169 when applying.
