- Well-trained in meat cutting (different cuts/parts of meat)
- Know how to use machine (grinder/band saw /slicer
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks in cold and fast-paced environments
- Butcher Certification is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to be assign at Premium Choice Meatshop
