Prepares and cuts meat for sale by trimming, deboning, grinding, and portioning it into retail-ready cuts like steaks, chops, and roasts. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, weighing and packaging meat, managing inventory, and often interacting with customers to provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • ALS GRAD or HS Grad
  • With or without experience
  • No visible tattoos
  • Complete mandatory requirements NBI and Medical
