Responsibilities

  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Package and label meat products for sale.
  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
