Apply Description Obtain section assignments at the beginning of each shift. Maintain proper table alignment and setup. Take used tableware to the dish pit and unload, sort, and stack silverware, glassware, and dishes in designated areas in the soiled dish drop-off area. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, booster seats and high chairs. Handle food: chips and salsa Check the floor and clean as needed. Sweep floors, sidewalks and parking lot.
