Job Summary
Permanent role in the Hougang area.
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Mon to Fri.
Compensation: up to $2400 per month.
Responsibilities- Keying in of sales and expense invoices in systems.
- Invoice and quotation creation.
- Consolidate orders and liaise with logistic partners for delivery.
- Consolidate paid and unpaid invoices and reconcile for payment.
- Provide business coordination support to the sales team.
- Provide phone and email support, responding to potential and existing customers.
- Manage social media and handle enquiries.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
- Minimum O Level with admin/marketing support experience.
