Job Summary

Permanent role in the Hougang area.

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Mon to Fri.

Compensation: up to $2400 per month.

Responsibilities
  • Keying in of sales and expense invoices in systems.
  • Invoice and quotation creation.
  • Consolidate orders and liaise with logistic partners for delivery.
  • Consolidate paid and unpaid invoices and reconcile for payment.
  • Provide business coordination support to the sales team.
  • Provide phone and email support, responding to potential and existing customers.
  • Manage social media and handle enquiries.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum O Level with admin/marketing support experience.
