Business/Functional Analyst

As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success through analysis, planning, and the development of solutions. Your primary responsibility will be crafting user stories for transforming an existing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to a modern web-based platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT Project Managers, Development Teams, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
• Analyze current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement areas
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead Scrum ceremonies for your scrum team
