Position Summary
Providing administrative support to the GM, BBUU, AAMM and Communication.
Key Accountabilities- Employee Travel Management
- Maintenance and control of the warehouse
- Registering new providers in SAP
- Shipping of marketing material (e.G., manuals, catalogs, brochures), samples and reagents
- Managing internal and external communication
- Maintenance of the stock of office material and daily incidents (e.G., temperature control, maintenance, mail distribution)
- Supporting the Business Units in the internal and external audits by assuring all the documentation required is available and updated: creation of DRCs in SAP and Sharepoint
- Printing and binding of the BBUU materials
- Request for translations
- Course certificates
- Bachelor’s degree student
- English (Advanced level)
