Job Description
The Business Unit Sr Manager – Consumer leads full P&L management for the Peru organization, driving profitability by identifying savings, optimizing financial performance, and collaborating across teams to improve results. This role serves as the ambassador for best in class product, pricing, and mix management, as well as sales and trade marketing practices, ensuring full adherence to regional standards and long term strategic planning tools. The leader oversees the creation and deployment of the 5 year strategic plan, aligning sales, trade marketing, and product/pricing initiatives with Trade Marketing strategic priorities while introducing sales efficiencies and enhancing e commerce capabilities. Additionally, the position strengthens business performance by optimizing the product portfolio, supporting regional pricing strategies, and driving continuous improvement through consumer scorecard metrics and target setting compliance.
