Job Description

  • The Business Unit Manager is the key person for building up and heading a Reply Polska business unit located in Katowice, Poland.
  • Focus is on general management, budget and personnel planning, as well as stakeholder management (Reply internal clients)
  • Active participation in the recruitment/sourcing processes (interviewing, deciding on hiring, and economics)
  • People management and mentoring (20+ people)
  • Project delivery supervision/management. You are responsible for your team, the reporting of all KPIs against the business plan, and making sure that all software development projects are delivered in quality, time, and budget.
