Business Unit Manager - Engineering

ATC Automation is seeking a Business Unit Manager. This is an onsite role located in Simi Valley, CA. In this role, you will manage all aspects of mechanical and electrical design, assembly, wiring, testing/debug, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) associated with the production of Capital Equipment for our customers.

This is a senior-level position, capable of managing internal personnel of up to 26 team members, vendors, customer relationships, the generation of and maintaining project timelines, cost and time estimations, and profit/loss management.
