Role Summary:

The
Business Unit Head
is responsible for leading and scaling the assigned business unit by driving revenue growth, managing international sales channels, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client acquisition expertise to build long-term global partnerships and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall P&L, growth strategy, and performance of the business unit.
  • Define and execute sales and business development strategies across international markets.
  • Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closures through platforms such as Upwork, Bark, and other channels.
