Role Description:
We are seeking a Business Unit Head to lead and scale our platform-based revenue channels on Upwork, Freelancer, and Bark. This role entails end-to-end responsibility for growth, revenue, team performance, and client success on these platforms.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, possessing extensive experience in freelance marketplaces, lead conversion, account growth, and team management.
