For a fast-scaling biotech building its presence in Italy, we are looking for a Business Unit Director – Rare Diseases. The environment is lean, high-velocity and high-accountability: we need an entrepreneurial leader who can build, adapt quickly, and deliver results in complex ecosystems.

Own and accelerate the Rare Diseases business by defining the strategy and driving best-in-class execution across the full value chain—where “getting things done” matters as much as vision.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute the go-to-market strategy (pre-launch/launch/growth), with P&L ownership and clear commercial priorities. Lead and develop a cross-functional team (e.g., Sales, KAM, Market Access, Medical, Patient Support) with a hands-on, outcome-driven approach.
