This role is for a Process Improvement Manager that will play a key role in optimizing our operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, demonstrating expertise in implementing and leading process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements

- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies and tools to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions for process inefficiencies

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and mentoring to team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles

- Serve as the deploy sponsor for our Green Belt Six Sigma participants
