Job Description
We’re looking for an AI-first Business System Engineer - AI to help accelerate how CTC teams adopt, design, and scale intelligent ways of working. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, process design, AI agent development, and Atlassian platform enablement.
In this hands-on role, you will design and build AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Atlassian Rovo Studio, Jira, Confluence, Jira automation, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will help teams move from manual, inconsistent processes to standardized, scalable, AI-enabled workflows that improve productivity, quality, and traceability.
This is a role for a practical builder and enabler — someone who can understand business problems, translate them into smart workflow designs, configure the right Atlassian capabilities, and coach teams on how to use AI responsibly and effectively.
