CTG is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst VI to lead application onboarding into the organization's centralized Dynatrace observability platform. In this highly collaborative role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage onboarding roadmaps, establish observability standards, and help deliver enterprise-wide monitoring capabilities that improve system reliability, operational visibility, and incident response.
**Location:** Buffalo, NY preferred; Remote EST hours possible
