Business Systems Analyst

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Leading collaboration with Technology/Platform and/or Business/Journey stakeholders, vendors, and other subject matter experts as appropriate to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage system requirements.
. Assessing current system capabilities, understanding high-level business requirements, and applying technical background/understanding in the development of system functional and non-functional requirements.
. Collaborate on development, testing, deployment/operational readiness, and post-implementation activities to support business benefits and achieve business results/outcomes.
. May provide operational / process related analysis and support.
