Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid; 3 days in office
Duration: 6 Months

Bridge business and technology to deliver customer-centric| accessible digital solutions within insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit| analyze| and document business and system requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Analyze business processes| workflows| and user journeys
Collaborate with business stakeholders| UX| developers| and QA teams
Support Agile ceremonies (sprint planning| backlog| retrospectives)Facilitate UAT| defect tracking| and issue resolution
Ensure alignment with UX and accessibility standards (WCAGAODA)
