This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 2 day per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Management

  • Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce platform, including workflows, flows, validation rules, process automation, page layouts, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Manage data quality and integrity, including deduplication, data imports, data cleansing, and ongoing governance.
  • Design, build, and optimize automation solutions (Flow Builder, Process Builder, triggers integrations where needed).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, provide root‑cause analysis, and support continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with banking systems, third‑party applications, and compliance platforms.
